The company provides information and real estate knowledge of office buildings, commercial premises, warehouses and other investment properties to real estate professionals to help them develop their activity more efficiently in this complex environment.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling subscriptions and other online advertising products. Your clients will range from small independent agents/landlords to potentially larger firms with more complex portfolios and needs. You will focus predominantly on new business however, you will also grow your revenue from accounts once you have won them. This role is office based. You will learn consultative selling skills, as well as account management techniques to grow accounts over time.

-A knowledge of commercial real estate or asset management is advantageous. If not, you will have a desire to learn and a genuine interest in the trends and market backdrop – this essential to converse with top fund managers and brokers. We love commercial property and are interested in what makes properties a good investment – from small shopping centres to giant skyscrapers.

-Property portal or marketplaces experience would also be advantageous.

-Love building relationships with clients and helping them problem-solve.

-Comfortable working to metrics.
