Función
Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle of the solutions and applications in team scope.
The main responsibilities are:
- Support business relationships and HSE Strategy.
- Evaluate and research innovative technologies and solutions in line with business needs.
- End user support.
- GDPR, H&SE policies and rules compliance.
- Manage offshore development teams, ensuring adherence to security standards and performance KPIs.
- Develop, optimise, customise, and maintain custom solutions and/or ensure best integration.
- Support the IT project with efficient tasks prioritisation via analysing business needs.
- Create, control and monitor Change Requests related to assigned applications and component services.
- Ensure rigorous documentation and knowledge transfer for all supported solutions.

- Business solution owners, Digital team, Product owners.

Requisitos
Level of education/qualifications normally required:
- Degree in Business Economics, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent discipline with an IT focus work experience and technical training.
- Master degree is a plus.
Specific work experience:
- Strong customer focus and ability to manage client expectations.
- Solid experience in the delivery, development and maintenance of IT Applications in a global organisation or complex corporate structure.
- Strong IT background to support solution integration within the IT landscape
- Experience working and managing offshore teams or SaaS partners.
- Knowledge in Health & Safety.
- Knowledge of the Construction & Building Materials industry is a plus.
Technical / functional skills:
- Ability to keep up-to-date with new technologies like AI.
- Strong problem solving and IT operational model optimization skills.
- Experience in managing agile IT Projects.
- Excellent understanding of business functional aspects of BI solutions.
Knowledge and experience with:
- Solid understanding and practical knowledge of Rest API and OData.
- JAVA, PHP, HTML, SQL, and modern mobile app frameworks.Ç
- Relational databases and data modelling, web development and latest development and hosting framework for rapid development and advanced UI / UX.
- Solid understanding of modern web design principles for enterprise workflows.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, including database management and document storage.
- Understanding of SQL and database concepts.
