Función
In this key role, you will be responsible for managing and leading direct sales for mid-to-large retail accounts as well as strategic partners within the assigned territories.
Your main objective will be to develop and strengthen strategic relationships with potential clients and buyers, leveraging them to drive the sales process. You will also work closely with internal teams to prepare and present commercial proposals, manage tenders, and respond to requests for information (RFI/RFP). Additionally, you will be responsible for negotiating commercial terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that foster strong, long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business opportunities and lead the sales process through to closing.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and maintain consistent execution.
- Accurately forecast sales performance.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with partners within the assigned territories.
Requisitos
- Proven experience managing enterprise accounts (>€1M), with a strong ability to drive account growth, upselling, and international expansion.
- In-depth knowledge of the European and Latam markets (UK specifically), with strong cultural sensitivity and an understanding of how to establish partnerships with diverse market stakeholders.
- Ability to design and execute detailed account plans with a 6–12-month vision, focused on customer value creation: identifying success metrics, proactively detecting risks, and deeply understanding how the product delivers value.
- Strong execution and follow-through skills:
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced and dynamic environments, where priorities or commercial structures may frequently shift.
- Collaborative and cross-functional mindset, actively sharing learnings, seeking internal synergies, and working closely with teams
- Although this is not a BD role, initially, the person may need to support business development in the UK market.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B SaaS sales experience is required, ideally with knowledge of the retail or quick service restaurant sectors (either through direct experience or having sold SaaS tools into those sectors).
