What would your job be like?
You will be the first Sales Representative in the country. Youwill be part of the Global Expansion team, aninternational team of highly skilled professionals that reports directlyto the CEO of the company.
– Driving the company forward through Business Development; thanks to your knowledge of the market and your insight, you will be finding prospective clients in the retail business (mainly in fashion, accesories, footwear..), meeting with them and showing them a demo of the product.
– Your focus will be on the decision makers (CEO, Operations manager, Planning manager, VP, Owners…).
– You will meet every two weeks with the other Sales Representatives diseminated around the world so you can share information of new clients, creating synergies and building a strong team.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an accomplished salesperson, highly skilled and with a strong knowledge of the market.
– At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Representative / Business developer or similar role.
– Experience with software for retail.
– Excellent business skills; great communication and negotiation skills.
– You already have 50 contacts you could meet with to do a presentation of the product.
– Workplace and Schedule: Flexible. You will have to meet with clients all over the country, so you can organize your schedule however you think it’s best.
– Salary: 70.000€ base salary (gross/year) + variable incentives + leads.The variable part of the salary is based on the annual objective. If you achieve 10% of the objective you will have 10%. For example; if the total objective is 1 million and you achieve 100.000, your variable will be of 10.000. If you achieve 200.000, it will be of 40.000, and so on.Leads are paid monthly and each lead means 100€.
